• Papers presented at this conference will be published as a part of the Lecture Notes of the Institute for Computer Sciences, Social-Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering (LNICST) series of Springer-Verlag and must be prepared according to LNICST style instructions.
• Please refer to the readme.txt file for a guide on what is located in Springer-Verlag LNICST ftp directory: ftp://ftp.springer.de/pub/tex/latex/lnicst. This directory includes author instructions as well as templates and style sheets to make formatting your submission easier.
