WORKSHOP PROPOSALS Proposals for Workshops, especially focusing on future applications of nano-networks are encouraged. Potential Workshops organizers should submit a proposal of at most 5 pages, including scope/motivation of the session, list of invited papers (still subject to peer-review) and short-bio of the organizer(s). Proposals should be submitted by e-mail to: goel@albany.edu PAPER SUBMISSIONS 1. Prepare your paper Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a PDF version of the full paper in English. Papers are limited to 5 pages (regular papers) and 8 pages (invited papers). Presentation will be either oral or in poster format, as deemed appropriate by the Technical Program Committee.

3. Register for the Conference If your paper was accepted, you will be asked to Register.
4. Final Paper Submission The deadline for submission of your camera-ready paper is August 8, 2008. Papers will be published by Springer in the ICST Lecture Notes (LNICST) series, and must be prepared according to LNICST style instructions. The authors' kit is available from following ftp server: ftp://ftp.springer.de/pub/tex/latex/lnicst/. This ftp site may not be accessible from non-IE compatible browsers. Please find templates, and examples on the ftp server. Also please find the ICST copyright form LNICST_Copyrightform.pdf which must be filled, signed and faxed to following number: 011 36 1 3494355. Please upload the camera-ready pdf of your paper at following URL, using your regular COCUS account: http://www.icst.org/cmc/ Please note that at least one author of each accepted paper must register at full rate (non-student) in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
