Invited paper and full papers will be presented in oral sessions. Authors are asked to prepare "PowerPoint" presentations. The length of a presentation, including questions, should not exceed 30 minutes.

A digital projector, laser pointer, and a laptop will be available. If possible, authors should bring their own laptop, to guarantee optimal formatting.

Short papers will be presented during the poster session. The size of poster boards that will be provided is 30 inches by 40 inches.
